Kann ich voll bestätigen. Kann man als Businesskunde voll streichen, außer man beschäftigt teure Mitarbeiter mit endlos bei denen sich nen Wolf laufen und rumstehen.Habe gerade einen Warenkorb ca. 1000€ zusammengestellt (was auch so gruselig ist, daß man es kaum fassen möchte: keine Suche, keine Variantenauswahl direkt beim Produkt) und kann den nun nicht nutzen, da Nachnahme bei unpräzisem Termin und sowieso eine NOGO Option ist. Ganz nach dem Motto: Achtung Kunde, ich versiuche jetzt vergleichbares bei Amazon, evtl. teurer aber stressfreier

Hm das ist schon extrem rückstandig.
IKEA legt keinen Wert auf Online Shopping, da fällt ja die Quengel-Ware weg.
Und das ganze Food-Sortiment auch…
